Ever since its establishment in 1997, Sha
Polychem Private Limited has rapidly made a name for itself as one of
the
country’s leading manufacturers of Unsaturated Polyester Resins. The
manufacturing commenced in 1997 with the
manufacture of Orthopthallic based
Polyester Resins. Subsequently the company expanded its range of Polyester
Resins
and is acknowledged as one among the few reputed manufacturers of
Unsaturated Polyester Resins in the Country today.
Apart from Orthopthallic
based Polyester Resins, the company is manufacturing
Polyester resins based
on Isophthalic acid possessing characteristics, such as
chemical resistance.The
success of the company may be attributed
to the constant
efforts of our team of skilled workers and experts who work
together to ensure high
quality of our products
that guarantee customer satisfaction. The Company products
are being specified
for use by a number of reputed moulders, processors, large
 chemical units, project consultants etc. The
products are mainly used in manufacture
of automotive parts by ancillary
unit of various automobile manufacturers.

PLANT
Our Plant is
located in Bishnupur in South 24 Parganas. It has a Production Capacity
of 1500 Tons per annum.
The plant is
totally self-sufficient and provides its own utility of Generated Electric
Power, DM plant, fresh water, cooling
tower with
circulation pumps and thermic fluid heater.
PROCESS
Each resin batch
is manufactured in separate automated stainless steel reactor vessels using
state of the art technology.
All
raw materials received are supplied by ISO certified companies tested and
approved for use. The raw materials are charged
into the reactors and the
process is monitored periodically by experienced chemists
and technicians
for process parameters like temperature and pressure with the help
of electronic hardware.
QUALITY CONTROL
The quality
assurance apparatus consists of state of the art equipment for the testing
of chemical, physical, mechanical and thermal of liquid resins, cast resins
and
laminates. Every
batch or grade undergoes a strict process test in the laboratory and
must
confirm to our high quality standards and specifications before being
approved
for delivery and shipment.
KEY PERSONNEL
Mr Santosh Sha (Director) has over
20 years experience in the product line and in
business . Mr Sha has been associated with manufacturing of various
Fiberglass Products prior to promotion of Sha Polychem Pvt. Ltd. His experience as Boat
manufacturer and other products
along with his chemistry background has helped him develop products which
moulders find comfortable to
use
while retaining good product quality
Mr. Samar Mullick, an M.Tech from M C U, Tamil Nadu Mr. Mullick heads the R&D
wing of the company and the Quality Control as its Development Manager.
Prior to
joining Sha Polychem Private Limited Mr Mullick has 7 years experience as
Assistant Chemist
in a reputed Unsaturated Polyester Resin Manufacturer in Kolkata
Mr. Mukesh Parmar is our key marketing and sales personnel in the
Eastern region. Prior to joining our
team, Mr. Parmar was the Sales Officer in M/s Aren Steel Private Ltd. at
Kolkata.
